Behavior Expectations/Standards:
1) Complete all classwork and submit on time! Students should take notes on the videos as needed based on their grade and personal memory needs.
2) Ask questions in class if you don't understand:
Students with a D or F in the class are required to ask questions to show an effort to improve AND should be taking extra notes, and studying those notes daily. If this is not being done the student will likely earn a "Needs improvement" or "Unsatisfactory" for their citizenship grade (see the two charts below for more information).
3) Offer answers and offer explanations when the teacher asks the class a question
4) Use class time wisely and efficiently - A great deal of time in class is provided to assist in remembering and learning concepts taught. Each day, an objective is given (minimum # of concepts needed to learn that day) and if the student doesn't not accomplish the daily in-class learning objective then the student needs to study at home. A grade of a F, D, or C on exams show that the above is not being completed by the student and this can cause the student to earn a
"Needs improvement" or "Unsatisfactory" for their citizenship grade (see the two charts below for more information).
